The New Doo

Brett spent the long weekend painting our living room. He did a great job and his effort passed inspection by the picky parents!

Koalas Keeping Kool

In Australia, where summertime temperatures have been reaching upwards to 111 F (40C) and water is scarce, people have been helping the Koala's keep cool. The cuddly little marsupial usually gets its liquid from the eucalyptus leaves it eats. However, in the extreme heat, they've needed suppliment their water intake with a little help from their friends. Koala's can sleep upto 22 hours a day (What a life!)

Utah Spring

Ok, so there is some good about living in Utah. Spring time in the mountains. Today Laura, Thomas, Vanessa, Gir and I went for a hike to Battlecreek Falls in Pleasant Grove. Not a long hike, but a good climb and nice 50 foot waterfall. The oak and maple trees were just starting to get their leaves. It was a perfect hike to start the season.
